Takeoff Technologies Awarded Top Place to Work in Massachusetts by the Boston Globe

Our entire team at Takeoff Technologies is honored to have been selected among hundreds of candidates as one of The Boston Globe’s Top Places to Work in Massachusetts. Takeoff placed 15th in the medium sized (100-249 employees) business category.

For the 15th annual Top Places to Work list, The Boston Globe partnered with Energage, an employee research and consulting firm, to administer anonymous employee surveys about leadership, appreciation, benefits, and more. The winners are divided into four categories based on the number of employees: small (50-99); medium (100-249); large (250-999); and largest (1,000 or more). More than 94,000 employees at 381 companies completed surveys — a record high. 

In 2022, Takeoff employees were anonymously surveyed through the Energage platform on topics including leadership, company appreciation, benefits, culture, and more. 86.9% of Takeoff employees completed the survey. In addition to placing 15th in the overall medium-sized company contest, Takeoff was awarded three additional Top Places to Work recognitions including, Professional Development, Employee Appreciation, and Employee Well-being. 

Takeoff also was awarded many Culture Badges, highlighting our strongest culture drivers. Badges were earned each time employee survey scores for these statements were in the top 25% of organizations within our benchmark that Energage surveyed in the past 12 months. In addition to the Culture Badges, our employees had very positive outlooks towards working at Takeoff.
